CONSTRUCTION SITE MANAGER

Job Description & Requirements

Supervise, monitor and control project for compliance to specifications and drawings.

Resolve site technical issues to ensure inspection and approval by the consultant of the work done.

Laise with main-contractors, sub-contractors, clients and other parties involved in the projects.

Attend site meetings, inspections, prepare and submit necessary documents/reports for projects.

Day-to-day management of the site, including supervising and monitoring the site labour force.

Able to provide technical advice and solving problems on-site.

Ensure compliance to all Governmental, Building Rules, Regulations and Safety at site.

Other ad-hoc tasks within the Manager's capability.

Job Requirements

Min 5 years of relevant working experience in construction industry.

Able to work independently.

Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
