COOK

We are looking for an excellent cook, responsible for preparing meals thatmeet the establishment's standards in both taste and presentation. This roledemands culinary skill, attention to detail, and the ability to work underpressure during busy periods.

Responsibilities:

·      Prepareand cook food items according to predetermined recipes and menus.

·      Monitorfood stock and place orders as needed.

·      Ensureall dishes are cooked well and presented in an aesthetically pleasing way.

·      Maintaina sanitized and orderly environment in the kitchen.

·      Ensureall food and other items are stored properly.

·      Verifythat prepared food meets requirements for quality and quantity.

·      Performkitchen maintenance tasks such as dishwashing and cleaning equipment.

·      Complywith nutrition and sanitation guidelines.

·      Performother kitchen duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

·      Experience with various cooking methods andprocedures.

·      Familiarity with sanitation regulations.

·      Excellent manual dexterity able to operatecutting tools and kitchen utensils.

·      A knack for following and enhancing recipes.

·      Good communication skills.

·      Ability to work in a team.

·      Very good physical condition and endurance.
