Food Preparation & Quality Control

  • Prepare and cook menu items according to company recipes, specifications, and presentation standards.
  • Ensure consistency, quality, and timely delivery of all food orders.
  • Monitor portion control and food presentation to maintain brand standards.
  • Conduct daily quality checks on ingredients and finished dishes.
  • Ensure all food is prepared and stored according to food safety regulations.

Kitchen Operations

  • Manage day-to-day kitchen operations and workflow.
  • Coordinate with front-of-house teams to ensure smooth service execution.
  • Monitor food preparation times and maintain service efficiency during peak periods.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of all kitchen areas.
  • Ensure kitchen equipment is properly used and maintained.
