Job Summary

We are looking for a dedicated Cook to prepare high-quality meals in accordance with food health and safety regulations and company standards.

Responsibilities

• Use various cooking techniques and methods to prepare meals that meet customer expectations
• Prepare and assemble ingredients accurately for menu items
• Cook high-quality meals and food items following company recipes
• Ensure food portions and presentation consistently meet company standards
• Monitor inventory levels and reorder supplies promptly to avoid shortages
• Clean and sterilize cooking utensils before each use to maintain hygiene
• Maintain cleanliness and sterilization of food preparation areas to comply with safety standards
• Collaborate with other cooks to complete food orders efficiently and on time

Required competencies

• Proven experience working as a Cook
• Ability to follow recipes accurately
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment
• Ability to stand for extended periods during shifts
• Effective communication skills

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Preferably 3 years of working experience in the Food & Beverage industry
• No formal qualification required.
