Curlys Trading Pte Ltd is part of Ebb & Flow Group, a homegrown Singapore F&B hospitality company behind some of the city's most celebrated dining concepts. We are excited to be opening our newest Mediterranean concept at Dempsey Hill, and we are looking for passionate and service-driven individuals to be part of our opening team.

Key Responsibilities:

· Assist the kitchen team with prep work and cooking duties as assigned

· Maintain cleanliness and organization of your station throughout the day

· Follow recipes, portioning, and plating standards set by the Jr Sous and Sous Chef

· Ensure ingredients are handled and stored safely and correctly

· Help with receiving and storing deliveries

· Work efficiently during service, supporting your teammates as needed

· Always uphold food safety and hygiene standards

Qualifications:

· Some prior experience in a professional kitchen is preferred, but not required

· Eagerness to learn and take direction well

· Good attitude and team spirit — willing to roll up your sleeves and get the job done

· Basic understanding of kitchen safety and hygiene practices

· Passion for food and a desire to grow in the kitchen
