Responsible for preparing local delights, managing simple cooking stations (toast, meals, home brews and desserts), and maintaining kitchen cleanliness to deliver consistent quality to our customers.

Responsibilities: Food Preparation: Prepare, cook, and present menu items (local toast, meal sets, desserts, homebrews, etc.) according to company recipes and standards.
Station Setup & Maintenance: Ensure the cooking station, ingredients, and utensils are prepped and organized before peak service hours and regular replenishing to ensure ample ingredients for smooth service delivery.
Kitchen Hygiene: Maintain strict cleanliness of the kitchen area, including washing cooking equipment, clearing trash, and sanitizing countertops.
Safety & Compliance: Adhere strictly to food safety, hygiene, and workplace safety regulations.
Self-service cafe, so all food and drinks will be self-collected by customers from counter
Qualifications: - Basic cooking skills required. At least 1 year cooking experience in a food-court, stall or cafe is REQUIRED
