Responsibilities:

• Welcome guests and provide warm, professional, and personalised service.
• Anticipate and respond promptly to guest enquiries, requests, and feedback.
• Coordinate with internal departments to ensure seamless guest experiences.
• Handle guest concerns and service recovery with professionalism and care.
• Uphold the hotel's luxury hospitality standards throughout the guest journey.

Requirements:

• Experience in Guest Services, Front Office, Customer Service, or Hospitality preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences.
• Positive attitude and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Salary: $3,000
