Job Description

• Review menu and prepare your workstation.
• Organize and check ingredients and supplies.
• Cook food according to recipes and station standards.
• Assist in plating and presentation of dishes.
• Clean and maintain your workstation and equipment.
• Communicate and coordinate with kitchen team and supervisors.

Job Requirements

• Culinary diploma or equivalent experience.
• Basic knowledge of cooking techniques and kitchen equipment.
