The Job
You will assist Food Services department in the preparation and service of meals for patients in the hospital.
Your job roles will include but not be limited to the following:
Assisting cooks in the preparation of rice, vegetables, fruits and necessary ingredients
Assisting in the plating of meals for patients during breakfast, lunch and dinner
Checking food served against patient meal order slips
Serving of meals trays to patients and collecting of soiled trays once patient have finished their meals
Receiving and issuing of food items (E.g. Stock inventory tracking)
Managing of Satellite pantry
Housekeeping duties
Job Requirements
Primary education
Able to read and understand simple English
Able to perform 2 rotating shifts (6.30am - 2.30pm; 10.30am - 6.30pm), including weekends and public holidays
