We are looking for a hardworking and reliable Dishwasher to support our kitchen operations. You will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and hygiene standards in the kitchen by washing, sanitising, and properly storing all dishes, utensils, cookware, and kitchen equipment.
Wash, rinse, and sanitise dishes, cutlery, pots, pans, utensils, and other kitchen equipment safely and efficiently.
Operate dishwashing machines in accordance with safety procedures and ensure they are well-maintained.
Sort, stack, and store clean items in their designated storage areas.
Maintain the cleanliness and organisation of the dishwashing area, sinks, floors, and waste disposal areas.
Dispose of kitchen waste and recycling appropriately and follow proper sanitation practices.
Report any faulty, damaged equipment, or unsafe conditions to the Head Chef or supervisor promptly.
Follow all workplace safety, food safety, and hygiene procedures as required by SFA regulations.
Assist with general cleaning duties and other ad-hoc tasks as assigned by the management.
