Duties and Responsibilities:
•Work closely with the Head chef and his team to understand the requirements of event and catering requirement
•Liaise with clients to understand event requirements, menu selection, and special requests
•Ensures maintenance of high level of customer satisfaction and quality standards.
•Ensure legal requirements and standards related to Sodexo Food Safety Standards, Sodexo Food Nutritional standards, Workplace Safety and Health are implemented and adhered during the entire Operational processes related to Food Services and its scope of activities.
•Any other food safety related tasks assigned e.g. temperature monitoring of food, storage and equipment, taking food samples, cleaning activities.
•Taking care of café operation
•Responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing food and beverage services for events.
•Work closely with kitchen and service teams to ensure timely food preparation and delivery ensures smooth operations, high service standards, and client satisfaction
•Oversee event setup, food presentation, and service flow
•Monitor event timelines and resolve any on-site issues promptly
•Handle inventory, ordering, equipment, and logistics for event setups
•Assist in preparing quotations, invoices, and event documentation
•Gather client feedback and support continuous service improvement
•Responsible for daily café operations, ensuring smooth and efficient service
