Picture yourself brightening someone’s day. When you join our Hotels team, that’s exactly what you’ll do every time you come to work! As an Events Coordinator, you'll play an essential role in supporting the successful planning and coordination of meetings, conferences, weddings, and other events. You'll assist with the preparation of proposals, Letters of Agreement, and event documentation, coordinate hotel site inspections, provide administrative and secretarial support, and ensure all event details are communicated accurately to clients and internal departments. Working closely with the Events and Sales teams, you'll help coordinate assigned projects, maintain strong client relationships, and ensure every event is executed seamlessly in line with Hilton's brand standards. Through your excellent organisational skills, attention to detail, and passion for hospitality, you'll contribute to creating memorable event experiences while supporting the hotel's business objectives.
