F&B Area Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the daily operations of multiple F&B outlets to ensure smooth operations and high service standards.
• Monitor sales performance, operating costs, inventory, and profitability.
• Lead, train, and supervise outlet managers and staff.
• Ensure compliance with food safety regulations, company SOPs, and workplace safety requirements.
• Support new outlet openings and drive operational improvements.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification.
• At least 5 years of experience managing multiple Chinese restaurant outlets.
• Strong knowledge of Chinese restaurant operations and kitchen workflow.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Able to manage multiple outlets in a fast-paced environment.
