F&B Executive

Our client is hiring F&B Executives to support their continuously expanding outlets.

Responsibility :

· Provide friendly and efficient service to customers.

· Take orders via POS, serve food and drinks, and recommend menu items and promotions.

· Handle cashiering, opening/closing of the stall, and basic stock-taking.

· Ensure the outlet is ready for service and close down properly at the end of the day.

· Help with staff scheduling, training, and daily sales reporting.

· Assist in training new hires on service standards, hygiene, and POS usage.

· Prepare end-of-day reports, including sales summaries and petty cash usage.

· Monitor daily transactions and report any cash or POS-related issues.

· Track fast/slow-moving items and propose adjustments to menu offerings or promotions.

· Handle customer complaints or feedback professionally and escalate if needed.

· Collect and compile customer feedback for improvement.

· Provide feedback on outlet layout, workflows, or menu presentation for efficiency.

· Suggest ideas for promotions, bundling offers, or local engagement activities.

· Participate in meetings or discussions with management on outlet performance.

· Assist in conducting training and interviews for new hires

· To assist in BOH work if required

· Any other add on duties as assigned by your superior

Requirement :

· Diploma or higher in Hospitality in F&B or related field

· Strong communication & interpersonal experience preferred

· Ability to multitask and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment

· Flexibility to work weekends & public holidays
