F&B MANAGER

Job Summary

Lead and manage food and beverage operations by designing menus, sourcing supplies, enforcing policies, and building vendor and customer relationships to drive operational excellence and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Design and continuously improve delicious and attractive menus to enhance customer experience
• Forecast, plan, source, and order food and beverage supplies to maintain optimal inventory levels
• Build and maintain positive relationships with food and beverage vendors to ensure quality and timely delivery
• Manage daily food and beverage operations to meet service standards and operational goals
• Adhere to food and safety regulations to ensure compliance and maintain a safe environment
• Maintain positive customer relationships by processing complaints and responding effectively to customer needs
• Assist with marketing events to promote the restaurant and increase customer engagement
• Create and enforce restaurant policies, targets, and KPIs to drive performance and accountability
• Hire, train, and manage food and beverage staff to build a skilled and motivated team
• Monitor and control food and beverage budgets to meet financial targets and optimize costs

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Minimum of 4 years experience in the hospitality industry, with an emphasis on food and beverages
• Culinary or food service management degree is advantageous
• In-depth knowledge of the food industry and related trends
• Strong working knowledge of restaurant management software and related computer applications
• Exceptional organizational, leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills
• Ability to forecast food and beverage needs accurately
• Excellent customer service skills
