F&B Manager (Multi-Outlet Operations)

We are looking for an experienced and passionate F&B Manager to lead the operations and growth of our restaurant portfolio. Our flagship restaurant is located at Dempsey Hill and is scheduled to open in mid-July, with additional outlets under our management.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee the daily operations of multiple restaurant outlets, ensuring exceptional service standards, operational efficiency, and compliance with company policies.

  • Lead, coach, and develop Restaurant Managers and outlet teams to achieve operational excellence and outstanding customer experiences.

  • Drive sales, profitability, and business growth by monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs), P&L, labour costs, and food costs.

  • Develop and execute operational strategies to improve productivity, maximise revenue, and achieve business objectives.

  • Work closely with Executive Chefs and kitchen teams to maintain food quality, menu consistency, and cost control.

  • Ensure all outlets comply with food safety, hygiene, and regulatory requirements.

  • Recruit, train, mentor, and evaluate employees to build a high-performing team.

  • Manage manpower planning and staff scheduling to optimise productivity while maintaining service standards.

  • Monitor customer feedback and implement service improvement initiatives.

  • Conduct regular outlet audits to ensure compliance with SOPs, cleanliness, maintenance, and brand standards.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and vendors to ensure quality products and competitive pricing.

Business Development & Marketing

  • Plan and execute marketing initiatives to increase brand awareness, customer traffic, and sales across all outlets.

  • Collaborate with the Marketing team to develop promotional campaigns, seasonal menus, loyalty programmes, and special events.

  • Identify partnership opportunities with corporate clients, lifestyle brands, influencers, and local communities to drive business growth.

  • Monitor social media trends and work with the marketing team to create engaging content and promotional activities.

  • Analyse customer behaviour, market trends, and competitor activities to recommend new marketing strategies and business opportunities.

  • Support restaurant openings, promotional launches, media events, and community engagement activities.

  • Ensure promotional campaigns are effectively executed at all outlets and evaluate their performance.

Requirements

  • Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Hospitality Management, Food & Beverage Management, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.

  • Minimum 5–8 years of relevant F&B experience, including at least 2–3 years managing multiple restaurant outlets.

  • Proven experience in restaurant operations, team leadership, and financial management.

  • Experience in restaurant marketing, business development, promotional planning, or brand-building is highly advantageous.

  • Strong knowledge of restaurant P&L, budgeting, food cost control, inventory management, and labour optimisation.

  • Excellent leadership, communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a results-driven mindset.

  • Familiarity with digital marketing platforms and social media trends is an advantage.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and restaurant POS/back-office systems.

  • Willing to travel between outlets and work weekends and public holidays when required.

Working Location

  • Primary Work Location: Dempsey Hill

  • Flagship restaurant opening mid-July

  • Travel between assigned outlets may be required.

Working Hours

  • 6-day work week

  • 12-hour shifts (inclusive of meal and rest breaks, in accordance with company policy)
