Job Description - F&B Supervisor

Supervise and coordinate the daily operations of the food and beverage team
Monitor inventory levels and arrange for replenishment of supplies when required
Ensure compliance with food hygiene, workplace safety, and health regulations
Conduct staff training and provide guidance to maintain high service standards
Handle customer feedback and resolve complaints in a professional and timely manner
Oversee day-to-day business operations to ensure smooth and efficient workflow
Maintain proper financial and operational records, including expense tracking
Assist in budget management, sales target setting, and revenue forecasting
Support the planning and coordination of promotional activities, events, and functions when required
