F&B SUPERVISOR

1. Deliver exceptional customer service and create apositive dining experience for all guests.

2. Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction byresponding promptly and professionally to customer needs and feedback.

3. Oversee the smooth day-to-day operations of therestaurant in accordance with the company's operational standards and businessobjectives.

4. Ensure compliance with all food safety, hygiene, andsanitation regulations, including the requirements of the Ministry of Health(MOH), as well as company policies and procedures.

5. Work collaboratively with team members to ensureefficient restaurant operations and excellent service delivery.

6. Supervise and support staff to maintain servicequality, operational efficiency, and workplace discipline.

7. Handle basic administrative duties, including dailyreporting, scheduling, inventory coordination, and other assigned operationaltasks.

8. Perform other administrative dutiesas necessary.

Job Requirements:

2. Preferablywith experience in F&B sector.

3. COFFEE SHOP ENVIRONMENT

5. Must be able to work on weekends and public holidays.
