FLOOR SUPERVISOR

Our company is currentlylooking for Floor Supervisors to support our restaurant team. SAN REN XIN 三人行 isa popular home-grown Singapore F&B eatery founded in 2013. A beloved placefor family dining, It is highly well known for its truly authentic Fujian andSichuan cuisines specially prepared by its master chefs. We have three outlets located at ThomsonPlaza, Bugis Junction and Bedok Mall.

FloorSupervisor

Roles &Responsibilities:

-         Monitor setup,maintenance, clean and safety of dining areas

-         Perform dutieslike ordering, serving, clearing and setting table

-         Coordinate foodservice between kitchen and service crew

-         Promote salesand be familiar with promotions and menu

-         To handlecashiering duties and daily sales reports.

-         Constantlyobtain customer feedback

-         Adherestatutory food hygiene and sanitation guidelines

-         Good interpersonal and communicationskill

-         Performad-hocduties as assigned

-         监控用餐区的设置、维护、清洁和安全

-         执行诸如订购、服务、清理和设置桌子等职责

-         协调厨房和服务人员之间的食品服务

-         促进销售并熟悉促销和菜单

-         处理收银工作和每日销售报告。

-         不断获取客户反馈

-         遵守法定的食品卫生和卫生准则

-         良好的人际关系和沟通技巧

-         执行其他相关职责

Requirement

-         Minimum2 years food & beverage experience in managerial or supervisory level

-         Able to work on Public Holiday and Weekends

-         6 days work per week

-         Work location: Thomson Plaza, Bugis Junction or Bedok Mall

Remuneration & Benefits:

-         S$2800 to $4000 Monthly

-         Meals / Uniforms provided
