Job Summary

Join Amazonia’s indoor playground café as a Barista / Service Crew member to prepare beverages and light food, deliver excellent customer service, maintain cleanliness, and support a safe, enjoyable space for families.

Responsibilities

• Prepare coffee, beverages, and simple food items accurately to meet customer expectations
• Take customer orders and process payments efficiently using the café’s system
• Greet and assist customers warmly to enhance their experience
• Maintain cleanliness and tidiness of the café and playground to ensure a safe environment
• Support the setup and service of parties, events, and daily café operations
• Monitor the environment to help create a safe and enjoyable space for children and families

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Demonstrate a friendly and positive attitude to engage customers effectively
• Communicate clearly with customers and team members to provide good service
• Availability to work on weekends and public holidays as required
• Prior experience in café, food and beverage, or customer service roles is advantageous
