$8,000 - 14,000 monthly
We are a leading wholesale distributor of premium liquors, soft drinks, and beverages. We supply top-tier restaurants, bars, hotels, and retail outlets with an extensive portfolio of world-class brands. We are passionate about liquid culture, exceptional logistics, and building unbreakable relationships with our clients.
We are looking for a dynamic, strategically-minded F&B Manager who understands the beverage industry inside and out—not just from behind a bar, but from the macro-lens of wholesale supply chains, portfolio management, and B2B client relations.
As our F&B Manager, you will bridge the gap between our extensive product portfolio and our commercial clients. You will oversee product curation, drive wholesale account engagement, manage tasting programs, and ensure our inventory aligns with market trends.
Key Responsibilities:
Portfolio & Curation Management: Oversee the selection of our liquor and beverage catalog. Identify market trends and introduce high-potential brands to our inventory.
Client & Brand Consultation: Act as the technical beverage expert for our B2B clients (bars, hotels, restaurants). Help them design menus, optimize their beverage programs, and maximize their profitability using our catalog.
Sales Support & Training: Work closely with the sales team to provide product training, masterclasses, and tasting notes. Conduct tastings and product launches for key accounts.
Supplier Relations: Maintain strong relationships with global and local beverage producers, negotiating exclusive deals and managing allocation of rare products.
Market Analysis: Keep a pulse on consumer behavior, local nightlife/dining trends, and regulatory changes in the alcohol and beverage sector.
Experience: 3–5 years of management experience in the F&B industry, preferably with a strong focus on high-volume beverage operations, hospitality management, or beverage distribution.
Product Expertise: Deep knowledge of spirits, wines, beers, and non-alcoholic beverage trends.
B2B Mindset: You understand the economics of a bar program (pour costs, inventory turnover, menu engineering).
Communication Skills: Exceptional presentation skills—you are just as comfortable pitching to a corporate procurement team as you are talking shop with a bartender.
