FOOD & BEVERAGE SUPERVISOR

We are seeking an experienced Food& Beverage Supervisor with 3-5 years in a supervisory role within coffeeshop or food court settings to lead staff, ensure compliance with food safety standards, and manage daily operations effectively.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and guide staff on food handling and hygiene to ensure compliance with SFA standards and train new employees
• Manage ordering, receiving, and inspection of goods and supplies to maintain inventory accuracy
• Maintain the cleanliness and neatness of the coffeeshop environment
• Promote and sell food and beverage items to customers to support business growth
• Assist stall tenants by handling complaints, enquiries, and resolving daily operational issues
• Operate POS system and accurately record daily sales transactions
• Implement Safe Management Measures to ensure workplace safety and compliance
• Work shifts including weekends and public holidays, adhering to a six-day workweek with weekday rest

Required competencies and certifications

• Food Hygiene Course or F&B officer certificate

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Proficient coffee making and cooking skills
