💼 The Offer

• Salary Budget: $3,500 – $4,000 per month

• Working Location: Jalan Ahmad Ibrahim

• Working Hours: Rotating Shifts

🎯 What You Will Do

• Direct and motivate an operations team in daily food preparation and high-volume ready-meal production.

• Translate specific customer requirements into concrete product designs and technical specifications.

• Develop and implement robust processes to consistently produce high-quality products.

• Strategize and plan production schedules to guarantee that all customer demands are met on time.

• Continuously analyze and innovate operational processes to boost overall productivity and output yields.

• Perform any other ad-hoc duties as assigned by the Supervisor to keep the kitchen running smoothly.

📋 Who You Are

• Degree or Diploma in Food Technology or a related discipline.

• Minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience in the food manufacturing industry or an industrial central kitchen.

• Possess an in-depth understanding of modern food technologies and large-scale processing equipment.
