Food Outlet Manager

Job Summary

You will work at the Roasted Delight stall located at a coffeeshop, preparing food by cleaning, cutting, chopping, and peeling ingredients to ensure quality meals. You will maintain hygiene by sanitizing preparation areas and properly cleaning kitchen tools, while managing ingredient inventory and operating kitchen appliances safely.

Responsibilities

• Prepare food by cleaning, cutting, chopping, and peeling ingredients to meet quality and safety standards
• Clean and sanitize food preparation areas following company and industry hygiene codes and health and safety regulations to ensure a safe environment
• Wash, disinfect, and store cooking utensils and kitchen equipment properly to maintain cleanliness and prevent contamination
• Buy, weigh, and store ingredients and food supplies accurately to maintain inventory and ensure freshness
• Operate kitchen appliances and instruments such as cutters, knives, and mixers safely and effectively to support food preparation
