Job Summary

Work in a cold room environment with a 5-day work week, maintaining physical fitness and good health. Communicate effectively in English and Chinese. Hold a Level One Food Hygiene Certificate to ensure safe food handling.

Responsibilities

• Perform duties efficiently in a cold room environment to maintain product quality and safety
• Maintain physical fitness and good health to meet the demands of the role
• Communicate clearly in English and Chinese to follow instructions and coordinate tasks
• Apply food safety practices in compliance with Level One Food Hygiene Certificate standards

Required competencies and certifications

• Level One Food Hygiene Certificate (must have)

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Ability to speak and write English and Chinese (preferred for effective communication)
