Job Summary

Provide friendly and accurate customer service by taking orders, handling POS transactions, serving food and beverages, maintaining cleanliness, supporting kitchen tasks, and collaborating with the team to ensure smooth daily operations.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers warmly to create a welcoming dining experience
• Take customer orders accurately to ensure correct fulfillment
• Handle POS transactions efficiently and accurately for smooth payment processing
• Serve food and beverages promptly and with care to maintain quality service
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in dining and kitchen areas to ensure a safe environment
• Assist with food preparation or kitchen support tasks as needed to support operations
• Refill stock, condiments, utensils, and napkins to maintain service readiness
• Follow company SOPs and safety guidelines consistently to ensure compliance
• Collaborate with team members to support smooth daily restaurant operations

• Ability to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays to meet scheduling needs
• Team player with good communication skills to facilitate effective teamwork
• Prior F&B or service experience is a bonus but not required; training provided
