About Us

HU WEI ZHAI is a food stall located in a coffee shop with over 50 years of history at Tanglin Halt. We specialize in authentic Shanghai-style Chinese cuisine, serving Xiao Long Bao, wontons, noodles, and a variety of traditional Shanghai snacks and dim sum.

Job Responsibilities

• Take customer orders and operate the cash register (POS system)；
• Prepare and pack takeaway orders；
• Serve food to customers accurately and efficiently；
• Prepare ingredients and assist with basic food preparation；
• Wash dishes and maintain cleanliness of the stall and kitchen area；
• Perform general stall operations and other duties as assigned；

Working Hours

• 6-days/week

Job Requirements:

• Singapore Citizen or Permanent Resident preferred;
• Minimum 2 years of experience in the F&B industry;
• Able to work independently in a fast-paced environment;
• Responsible, reliable, and customer-oriented;
• Basic English communication skills; Chinese speaking is an advantage as many customers speak Mandarin;

Salary

• From S$2,200 per month
• Salary is negotiable based on relevant experience and qualifications.
