Front of House Waiter / Waitress

Job Summary

You will provide exceptional, friendly service as a Waiter/Waitress, ensuring guest satisfaction and a welcoming dining atmosphere while supporting smooth front-of-house operations.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly and escort them to their tables to create a welcoming first impression
• Present menus clearly and answer questions about dishes and dietary options to assist guest choices
• Take accurate food and beverage orders and enter them into the POS system to ensure correct processing
• Serve food and beverages promptly and courteously to enhance guest dining experience
• Monitor guest satisfaction throughout the meal and resolve any concerns quickly to maintain service quality
• Clear and reset tables efficiently between courses and after guests depart to prepare for next seating
• Communicate clearly with kitchen and bar staff to coordinate timely and smooth service flow
• Process payments accurately, handling cash and card transactions with attention to detail
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining areas and workstations to uphold hygiene standards
• Adhere strictly to health, safety, and hygiene protocols at all times to ensure guest and staff safety
