Guest Relations Officer

We are looking for a friendly and customer-oriented Guest Relations Officer to deliver exceptional guest experiences and support the smooth operation of our restaurant. The successful candidate will welcome guests, manage reservations, handle enquiries and feedback, and work closely with the Front of House team to maintain high service standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Welcome and assist guests in a warm and professional manner
• Manage reservations, seating arrangements, and guest enquiries
• Handle guest requests, feedback, and complaints promptly
• Coordinate with the kitchen and service team to ensure excellent guest experiences
• Promote menu specials and upsell food and beverage offerings
• Maintain cleanliness and presentation of the dining area
• Ensure high standards of customer service and hospitality

Requirements:

• Previous experience in customer service, hospitality, or restaurants is preferred
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong problem-solving and customer service skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Positive attitude with a passion for hospitality
