Japanese-Speaking Store Operation Manager

Responsibilities:

• Oversee the daily operations and overall performance of the assigned outlet.
• Monitor sales performance, profitability, and key operational KPIs.
• Support recruitment, training, development, and scheduling of outlet staff.
• Maintain high standards of customer service and service quality.
• Manage inventory levels, stock control, and ordering processes.
• Ensure compliance with food safety standards and hygiene regulations.
• Handle customer feedback, complaints, and operational issues effectively.
• Prepare and submit operational reports to the head office.
• Support the opening of new outlets and assist with multi-outlet operations as the business expands.

Requirements:

• Proficiency in Japanese language is an added advantage for liaising with Japanese-speaking clients and stakeholders.
• Able to work rotating shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
• Experience in the F&B industry; part-time experience will be considered.
• Experience in staff supervision, coaching, and team management is an added advantage.
• Strong interest in outlet operations and customer service.
• Willing to thrive in a growing business environment and support business expansion initiatives.
• Experience as an Outlet Supervisor, Outlet Manager, or in a similar role is an added advantage.
• Food Safety Course (FSC) Level 3 certification is an added advantage. Candidates without the certification will be required to obtain it after joining.
