Your Role:

Monk’s Brew Club is looking to hire an experienced Bartender. You will assist the Head Bartender at the bar and for Front of House Duties. You will ensure that we provide a comfortable environment and experience for the guests to enjoy their food & beverages. 

You are to work closely with the management, and as a team achieve targets and goals set.

• The ideal candidate will have acquired at least 2 years of bartending experience ideally in a Restaurant/ F&B establishment
• You're motivated and driven in your desire to provide the best quality in drinks and experience to your guests.
• The Bartender's position (your position) is key to our cafe's evening shift (4pm-10pm) and is responsible for providing excellent customer service, takes orders, and maintain the quality food & beverages.
• Excellent multi-tasker and able to perform many different tasks within the cafe
• Keeping equipment and services fully operational by following operating instructions
• Handle POS, cashless payment and delivery platform's devices
• Balance and close sales and cash taking at the end of the day
• Maintain inventory within the system accurately (Alcoholic Drinks, Mixers etc.)
• Good cocktails knowledge - able to recommend and differentiate food and beverages
• Good communication skills and ability to work in a team
• Keeps the store neat and clean throughout service
• Closing of the cafe in the evening
• Keeping equipment and services fully operational by following operating instructions
• Knowledge of coffee and coffee making is a plus
