Kitchen & Beverage Crew (Full-Time)

Job Overview

We are looking for a reliable and motivated Kitchen & Beverage Crew member to support daily food and drink operations. You will be responsible for preparing meals, beverages, maintaining cleanliness, and ensuring a smooth customer experience in a fast-paced, creative environment.

Key Responsibilities

Food Preparation (Kitchen)

1. Prepare menu items
2. Assist in food preparation
3. Ensure food quality, freshness, and presentation standards
4. Follow SOPs and recipes consistently
5. Monitor stock levels and inform for replenishment

Beverage Preparation

1. Prepare coffee, tea, and other beverages according to standards
2. Operate coffee machines and beverage equipment
3. Maintain cleanliness of beverage station
4. Ensure consistency in taste and presentation

Operations & Hygiene

1. Maintain cleanliness of kitchen, bar, and service areas
2. Follow food safety and hygiene standards
3. Handle dishwashing and basic cleaning duties
4. Ensure proper storage of ingredients and supplies

Customer Service

1. Take orders and serve customers when needed
2. Provide friendly and professional service
3. Handle basic customer inquiries

Team Support

1. Assist in opening and closing duties
2. Support other team members when required
3. Participate in stock checks and inventory management

Requirements

1. No experience required (training provided), F&B experience is a plus
2. Positive attitude and willingness to learn
3. Able to work in a fast-paced environment
4. Good teamwork and communication skills
5. Basic food hygiene knowledge preferred (or willing to obtain certification)
6. Able to work weekends and public holidays

Working Hours

1. Full-time (6 days per week, shift-based)
2. Morning / Evening shifts depending on operations
