Kitchen & Front Counter Crew (Full Time / Part Time)

This role supports both back-of-house kitchen operations and front counter service in a fast-casual outlet, covering food preparation and assembly, packing, cashiering, delivery orders, stock handling, and cleanliness.

Job Scope

Kitchen Duties

1. Assist with daily back-of-house kitchen operations.
2. Support food preparation, assembly, topping, wrapping, and packing according to Paperbakes SOP.
3. Prepare and top up ingredients needed for service.
4. Check and manage outlet stock, including topping up, ordering, receiving, and proper storage when required.
5. Follow food safety, storage, labelling, and FIFO standards.
6. Maintain kitchen cleanliness and hygiene standards.

Front Counter Duties

1. Assist with front counter operations.
2. Prepare and pack dine-in, takeaway, and delivery orders.
3. Support order stickers, packing, drinks, cashiering, and order handover.
4. Handle delivery orders, rider handover, and delivery platform updates when required.
5. Top up packaging, sauces, drinks, and counter supplies.
6. Maintain cleanliness at the counter and customer-facing areas.

General Duties

1. Support opening, mid-shift, and closing duties.
2. Communicate with the team when items are low, unavailable, or ready for service.
3. Learn different FOH and BOH stations as part of training.
4. Follow Paperbakes SOP, hygiene standards, service standards, and supervisor instructions.

Requirements

1. No experience required training provided.
2. Willing to learn both kitchen and front counter duties.
3. Friendly and willing to serve customers at the counter.
4. Able to work in a fast-paced quick-service outlet.
5. Responsible, punctual, and a good team player.
6. Able to follow SOP and instructions.
7. Able to maintain good hygiene and cleanliness.
8. Able to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.

本岗位同时支援快餐门店的后厨作业与前台服务，工作内容包括食材处理与餐点组装、打包、收银、外送订单处理、库存管理以及店面清洁。

工作内容

厨房工作

1. 协助后厨的日常运作。
2. 按照 Paperbakes 标准作业流程（SOP）进行食材处理、餐点组装、加料、包裹与打包。
3. 提前备妥食材, 并及时补充营业所需的食材。
4. 检查并管理门店库存，包括补货、订单、收货以及妥善储存。
5. 遵守食品安全、储存、标签以及先进先出（FIFO）的作业标准。
6. 保持厨房的清洁, 并符合卫生标准。

前台工作

1. 协助前台的日常运作。
2. 准备并堂食包装、外带与外送订单。
3. 负责订单标签、打包、饮料、收银以及出餐交接。
4. 处理外送订单，与送餐员交接，并在需要时更新外送平台的订单状态。
5. 补充包装材料、酱料、饮料以及前台用品。
6. 保持前台与顾客区域的整洁。

一般职责

1. 协助开店、当班期间及收档各项工作。
2. 当食材不足、售完或食材已备妥可出餐时，及时通知团队。
3. 在培训过程中学习前台（FOH）与后厨（BOH）的不同岗位。
4. 遵守 Paperbakes 的标准作业流程、卫生标准、服务标准以及主管的工作安排。
