We are seeking for Kitchen Apprentice who are keen on Japanese or Japanese fusion cuisine, to operate in an advanced, high-tech F&B kitchen space with self-order and self-serve concept.
You will receive hands-on training to prepare, assemble, and expedite orders in a fast-paced environment where modern technology seamlessly meets culinary execution.
Job Responsibilities
Food Prep & Assembly: Assist senior chefs in washing, cutting, and preparing ingredients.
Order Management: Monitor incoming tickets from the self-order kiosks and ensure dishes are accurately assembled for the self-serve pick-up counters.
Station Maintenance: Maintain high standards of food safety, hygiene, and cleanliness across the workspace.
Experience: No prior experience is required, but a strong willingness to learn is essential.
