Kitchen Assistant (Full Time / Part-Time)

无需厨房工作经验。大部分食材已由中央厨房预先准备。工作主要包括组装餐点、按照简单流程工作及进行少量简单的食材处理。

工作职责

1. 使用中央厨房预先准备好的食材组装餐点。
2. 按照公司简单易学的流程及分量指引准备食物。
3. 进行简单食材处理，包括清洗、切配及包裹少量种类的蔬菜、包饺子及准备简单腌料。
4. 在高峰时段为前台团队补充食材、包装用品及其他物资。
5. 保持厨房、工作区域、设备及用具清洁整齐。
6. 协助开店、收档、补充物资及其他简单的门店工作。

1. 无需厨房工作经验，公司将提供培训。
2. 能够按照简单指示及工作流程执行工作。
3. 能够在用餐高峰时段配合并支援团队。

No kitchen experience required. Most ingredients are already prepared by our central kitchen. The role mainly involves assembling meals, following simple SOPs and carrying out light food preparation.

Job Responsibilities

1. Assemble meals using ingredients prepared by our central kitchen.
2. Prepare food according to simple company SOPs and portioning guides.
3. Carry out light food preparation, including washing, cutting and wrapping a small range of vegetables, wrapping dumplings and preparing simple marinades.
4. Replenish ingredients, packaging and supplies for the front-of-house team during peak hours.
5. Keep the kitchen, workstation, equipment and utensils clean and organised.
6. Assist with opening, closing, restocking and other simple outlet duties.

Job Requirements

1. No kitchen experience required. Training will be provided.
2. Able to follow simple instructions and SOPs.
3. Able to support the team during busy meal periods.
4. Reliable, punctual and willing to learn.
5. Willing to work shifts, weekends and public holidays when required.
