Job scope:

• Deliver friendly and professional customer service to ensure a positive dining experience.

• Welcome guests, take orders accurately, and serve food and beverages promptly.

• Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes, quality standards, and portion guidelines.

• Assist with food preparation, ingredient handling, and basic kitchen duties.

• Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and organization of dining areas, kitchen workstations, and equipment.

• Follow food safety, workplace safety, and company operating procedures at all times.

• Support stock management, proper storage, stock rotation, and waste minimization.

• Work closely with team members to ensure smooth daily operations and efficient service delivery.
