Job Responsibilities
* Perform general kitchen stewarding and ad hoc duties as assigned.
* Support on-site catering operations, including setup, service, logistics, and dismantling.
* Maintain cleanliness and housekeeping of the kitchen, workstations, equipment, and storage areas.
* Ensure compliance with food hygiene, sanitation, and workplace safety standards.
* Assist with receiving, storing, and transporting food, supplies, and kitchen equipment.
* Support the catering team in daily operations to ensure smooth and efficient service.
* Carry out any other duties assigned by the supervisor or management.
Requirements
* Physically fit and able to lift and move catering equipment and supplies.\
* Responsible, hardworking, and willing to learn.
* Able to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays when required.
* Previous experience in kitchen stewarding, catering, or food service is an advantage, but training will be provided for suitable candidates
