Korean Cuisine Cook

Job Description

• Prepare and cook authentic Korean cuisine according to company recipes and standards.
• Handle food preparation, marinating, grilling, soups, stews and side dishes.
• Maintain food quality, hygiene and kitchen cleanliness.
• Monitor food inventory and report stock requirements.
• Follow food safety regulations and company SOPs.
• Work closely with the kitchen team to ensure smooth daily operations.
• Perform other kitchen duties assigned by the Head Chef.

Job Requirements

• Able to prepare authentic Korean dishes independently.
• Familiar with Korean ingredients and cooking techniques.
• Able to work on weekends, public holidays and rotating shifts.
• Physically fit and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Team player with a positive attitude.
