Lounge Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the lounge, ensuring excellent guest service standards, proper manpower deployment, and smooth operational flow. The role includes supervising staff, handling guest concerns, maintaining cleanliness and service quality, and ensuring compliance with company policies and operational standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and coordinate the daily lounge operations Lead and guide lounge attendants and service staff to ensure smooth operations Ensure high standards of guest service and customer satisfaction Monitor cleanliness, hygiene, and overall presentation of the lounge Ensure food and beverage counters are properly maintained and replenished Handle guest feedback, complaints, and operational issues professionally Prepare staff duty rosters and ensure sufficient manpower deployment Monitor staff attendance, punctuality, grooming, and work performance Conduct on-the-job training and provide guidance to staff Ensure compliance with company SOPs, hygiene, safety, and security procedures Coordinate with kitchen, housekeeping, maintenance, and other departments Prepare operational reports and update Management on operational matters Assist in inventory control and stock monitoring Ensure smooth opening and closing of lounge operations Perform any other duties assigned by
