Job Objectives
   The Employee shall be employed in amanagerial and executive capacity and is

responsible for the overallcontrol, supervision, and performance of the outlet operations.

Job Duties

Overall Outlet Management

·      Takefull responsibility for the daily operations, performance, and profitability ofthe outlet.

·      Exerciseindependent judgment in managing operational and manpower matters.

    Staff Supervision and Control

·      Supervise,lead, and deploy all outlet staff.

·      Preparestaff duty rosters and control manpower planning.

·      Ensurestaff discipline, performance, and adherence to company policies and SOPs.

    Authority in HR Matters

·      Conductinterviews and recommend hiring of staff.

·      Providetraining, coaching, and performance evaluation of staff.

·      Recommendconfirmation, promotion, disciplinary action, and termination of staff.

    Operational Decision-Making

·      Makeoperational decisions relating to service standards, workflow, and customerservice.

·      Handleand resolve customer complaints independently.

    Inventory and Cost Control

·      Overseeinventory management, ordering, stock control, and wastage minimisation.

·      Beaccountable for outlet cost control and achieving sales targets.

    Compliance and Safety

·      Ensurefull compliance with company SOP, hygiene, food safety, and workplace safetyregulations.

·      Enforcesafety standards and regulatory requirements at the outlet.

    Training and Development

·      Trainand develop staff to meet company standards.

·      Ensurecontinuous improvement of team performance.

    Reporting and Accountability

·      Reportoutlet performance to Management.

·      Beaccountable for the overall results of the outlet.

    Ad-hoc Management Duties

·      Performany other managerial duties as assigned by Management in the interest of theoutlet operations.
