Job Summary

Support outlet operations by managing inventory, ensuring food quality and hygiene standards, and delivering excellent customer service to uphold company standards.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Outlet Manager in coordinating daily outlet operations to ensure smooth workflow and service delivery
• Order and manage inventory from suppliers to maintain adequate stock levels and minimize shortages
• Deliver customer service that meets company standards to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty
• Oversee maintenance requirements of kitchen equipment and store facilities to ensure operational efficiency and safety
• Grill and cook dishes following company standards to maintain consistent food quality
• Prepare food at the backend to support grilling and cooking processes efficiently
• Measure and control food and sauce portions according to company standards to ensure consistency and cost control
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the kiosk to comply with health and safety regulations
• Perform any other ad-hoc duties assigned by superiors to support outlet operations

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in any field
• Demonstrated teamwork, leadership, and communication skills to effectively collaborate and lead within the team
• Ability to perform well in a fast-paced environment to meet operational demands
