Job Summary

You will support daily restaurant operations by preparing food, operating kitchen equipment, maintaining hygiene and safety standards, managing inventory, and assisting in workforce scheduling to ensure smooth outlet performance and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Prepare food and fulfill customer orders accurately to support daily restaurant operations
• Operate kitchen equipment and automated cooking systems safely and efficiently
• Maintain food quality, cleanliness, hygiene, and food safety standards consistently
• Assist in managing inventory, controlling stock levels, and monitoring cost control measures
• Learn and apply workforce scheduling and manpower planning to optimize staffing
• Support outlet opening and closing procedures to ensure readiness and security
• Monitor operational performance and service standards to identify improvement areas
• Assist Outlet Managers in achieving sales and operational targets through effective teamwork
• Participate actively in leadership and management development programs to build skills
• Take on supervisory responsibilities after completing training to lead team members
