Key Responsibilities

  • Production Management: Oversee the entire food manufacturing process, from raw material intake to the packaging of finished goods.
  • Quality Assurance & Compliance: Enforce compliance with safety, hygiene, and industry standards.
  • Staff Leadership: Hire, train, and mentor production teams. Delegate tasks, conduct performance reviews, and foster a culture of continuous improvement and accountability.
  • Process Optimization: Develop and implement standard operating procedures (SOPs) to maximize yield, minimize waste, and reduce operational costs.
  • Resource Management: Manage inventory levels for ingredients and packaging materials. Coordinate with maintenance teams to ensure all processing equipment is fully operational
