Market Development Executive / Senior Market Development Executive

As we are embarking on our next phase of growth, we are looking for an enthusiastic, results-driven and pro-active individual to drive sales in selected international markets and local B2B segment.

This role offers an exciting opportunity to drive growth across multiple markets, develop market insights, and work directly with a wide range of customers and industry players.

Job Description

To actively lead and take charge of sales for

1. International Markets and
2. Local direct sales (Singapore and Malaysia)

International Markets

• Actively seek for new customers/distributors for selected international markets
• Manage and strengthen relationships with existing international customers/distributors
• Drive and support marketing and BD initiatives, including participating in international trade shows, promoting our brand and products and negotiating pricing/contracts with prospects

Local direct sales

• Actively seek for new B2B/industrial customers for OEM/Food Services solution in both Singapore and Malaysia
• Manage and strengthen relationships with OEM/industrial customers
• Be our brand advocate through having strong knowledge of our products and capabilities, as well as deep understanding on the requirements of customers/prospects and their pain points (including doing effective wallet sizing)

Job Requirement

• Degree/Diploma in Marketing / Business Management / Food Science or equivalent
• Possess an outgoing personality with a high level of self-motivation and determination
• Willing to be a problem solver - for both the company and customers
• Strong in customer relationship management and networking
• Willingness to travel
• Fresh Graduates are welcome

Ideal qualification

• 3-5 years of international sales experience in the FMCG/Condiments space
