RESPONSIBILITIES:
Identify and develop new business opportunities to increase sales of the company's food and beverage products and services.
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers.
Promote and sell the company's food and beverage products to corporate clients, restaurants, hotels, retailers, distributors, and other customers.
Prepare sales quotations, proposals, contracts, and related documentation.
Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets set by the Company.
Conduct market research to identify customer needs, industry trends, and competitor activities.
Coordinate with the operations, kitchen, and logistics teams to ensure timely delivery of products and services.
Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback professionally to ensure customer satisfaction.
Attend client meetings, trade exhibitions, promotional events, and networking activities to generate new business.
Prepare and submit sales reports, forecasts, and customer records to management.
Ensure compliance with company policies, pricing guidelines, and contractual requirements.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales activities, and business opportunities.
Support marketing campaigns and promotional activities to increase brand awareness and sales.
Perform any other duties and responsibilities reasonably assigned by the Employer related to the Employee's position.
