RESPONSIBILITIES: The Marketing and Sales Executive – F&B is responsible for promoting the company's food and beverage products and services, developing new business opportunities, maintaining customer relationships, increasing sales revenue, and executing marketing strategies to enhance brand awareness and customer satisfaction.
REQUIREMENTS:
Promote and sell the company's food and beverage products and services.
Identify and develop new customers, including corporate clients, restaurants, hotels, retailers, and distributors.
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers.
Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
Prepare quotations, contracts, and sales reports.
Plan and implement marketing campaigns, promotions, and product launches.
Conduct market research to identify customer needs, market trends, and competitor activities.
Coordinate with the operations and kitchen teams to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction.
Attend trade shows, exhibitions, and networking events to promote the company's products.
Monitor customer feedback and recommend improvements to products and services.
Ensure compliance with company policies and food safety standards.
Perform any other duties assigned by management.
