MARKETING AND SALES EXECUTIVE

Job Summary

Identify and develop new business opportunities to increase sales of food and beverage products. Manage client relationships, coordinate with internal teams, and achieve sales targets while ensuring customer satisfaction and compliance with company policies.

Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities to increase sales of the company’s food and beverage products and services
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers to support business growth
• Promote and sell food and beverage products to corporate clients, restaurants, hotels, retailers, distributors, and other customers
• Prepare accurate sales quotations, proposals, contracts, and related documentation to facilitate sales processes
• Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets set by the company through effective sales strategies
• Conduct market research to identify customer needs, industry trends, and competitor activities to inform sales approaches
• Coordinate with operations, kitchen, and logistics teams to ensure timely delivery of products and services to customers
• Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback professionally to maintain high customer satisfaction levels
• Attend client meetings, trade exhibitions, promotional events, and networking activities to generate new business leads
• Prepare and submit sales reports, forecasts, and customer records to management for performance tracking
• Ensure compliance with company policies, pricing guidelines, and contractual requirements in all sales activities
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales activities, and business opportunities for effective follow-up
• Work on weekends and public holidays as required to support business operations and client needs
