RESPONSIBILITIES:
The Marketing Manager – Food & Beverage (F&B) is responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategies to promote the company's food and beverage products and services, increase brand awareness, drive sales growth, and strengthen customer engagement. The role includes managing marketing campaigns, supervising the marketing team, and collaborating with operations and sales to achieve business objectives.
Develop and execute marketing strategies for food and beverage products and services.
REQUIREMENTS:
Plan and manage promotional campaigns, product launches, and seasonal marketing activities.
Conduct market research to identify customer preferences, industry trends, and competitor activities.
Lead and supervise the marketing team to achieve business goals.
Collaborate with sales, operations, and kitchen teams to support business growth.
Manage digital marketing, social media, website content, and online promotions.
Build and maintain relationships with corporate clients, business partners, and suppliers.
Prepare and manage the marketing budget and monitor campaign performance.
Analyze sales and marketing data to improve business performance.
Organize promotional events, food festivals, exhibitions, and brand activation programs.
Ensure all marketing activities comply with company policies and brand standards.
Perform other duties assigned by management.
