工作职责

1. 按照公司简单易学的标准流程准备和烹煮面食。
2. 准备日常所需的汤底、酱料、肉类、蔬菜及配料。
3. 按照正确分量准备食物，并确保食品新鲜及品质稳定。
4. 在繁忙时段快速并准确地处理多份订单。
5. 保持烹饪区域、设备及用具清洁卫生。
6. 协助开店、收档、补充食材及其他简单的门店工作。

任职要求

1. 至少1年餐饮或厨房工作经验，有面档烹饪经验者优先。
2. 能够按照简单的标准流程工作并学习烹饪步骤。
3. 能够在用餐高峰时段高效工作。
4. 具备基本食品卫生及厨房清洁知识。
5. 有责任感、守时并具备团队合作精神。
6. 愿意根据安排轮班，并在周末及公共假期工作。

Simple SOPs and training provided. The role mainly involves preparing ingredients, cooking noodles and completing orders during service.

Job Responsibilities

1. Prepare and cook noodle dishes by following simple company SOPs.
2. Prepare soup bases, sauces, meat, vegetables and toppings for daily use.
3. Follow the correct portions and ensure food is fresh and consistent.
4. Handle multiple orders quickly and accurately during busy periods.
5. Keep the cooking area, equipment and utensils clean and hygienic.
6. Assist with opening, closing, restocking and other simple outlet duties.

Job Requirements

1. At least 1 year of F&B or kitchen experience. Noodle cooking experience is preferred.
2. Able to follow simple SOPs and learn the cooking steps.
3. Able to work efficiently during busy meal periods.
4. Basic knowledge of food hygiene and kitchen cleanliness.
5. Reliable, punctual and able to work well with the team.
6. Willing to work shifts, weekends and public holidays when required.
