OPERATIONS MANAGER

Job Summary

Manage and optimize all F&B outlet operations by leading staff recruitment, training, and performance management. Oversee inventory, procurement, vendor relations, cost control, SOP development, outlet expansion, and monthly operational reporting to drive business success.

Responsibilities

• Lead overall operations management of all F&B outlets to ensure smooth and efficient service delivery
• Recruit, train, and manage staff performance to build a skilled and motivated team
• Oversee inventory and procurement processes to maintain optimal stock levels and cost efficiency
• Manage vendor and supplier relationships to secure quality products and favorable terms
• Implement cost control measures to maximize profitability across outlets
• Develop and update SOPs and service standards to maintain consistent quality and compliance
• Plan and execute new outlet setup and expansion strategies to support business growth
• Prepare and analyze monthly operational reports to monitor performance and inform decision-making
